Thus, involvement of <em>Madhyama</em> <em>Roga</em> <em>Marga</em>, <em>Marma</em>, <em>Vatadosha</em> and <em>Dhatukshaya</em> make the disease <em>Kashtasadhya</em> or <em>Krucchasadhya</em>. In this present study, <em>Basti</em> was selected as it is mentioned best for the disease involving <em>Marma</em> and pacifies <em>Vata</em> <em>Dosha</em>.
